Even 20 or 30 minutes of daily exercise can have a positive impact on your sense of well-being and help improve your mood. Fit2Swim's fun swimming squads and aqua aerobic sessions are a great way to improve your fitness, while the social nature of these activities is another key contributor to achieving physical and mental health. At the same time, we have ensured our pool has the healthiest water possible for our students and instructors.
By making simple and healthy choices on a daily basis, you will be well on your way toward reducing stress, having positive social interactions and achieving optimal wellness.

Fit2Swim’s water purification system enhances water quality second to none to ensure you experience the healthiest pool water possible and a wonderfully odour free environment.
The combination of Ozone and UV effectively destroys organic material which is the basic food for bacteria and fungi. Our system also effectively kills chlorine resistant parasites such as cryptosporidium. The result is noticeably softer, hygienically clean water.
In addition, our system reduces chlorine levels by up to 80% and effectively destroys chlorine by-products (chloramines) that are known to cause eye, skin or respiratory irritations. This is especially helpful for swimmers with eczema or allergies.
By harnessing the power of both UV and Ozone we have been able to provide the most effective means of water disinfection. It is also environmentally responsible due to our decreased dependence on harmful chemical alternatives.

pUBLIC SWIMMING in a private setting
Fit2Swim's private, heated, indoor pool is open to public swimming at the following times:
Mon-Thu 12:00-2:00 and 7:00-7:45 pm
Fri 12:00-2:00 pm
Sun 12:00-1:00 pm
Best time for lap swimmers are the evening sessions or Tue, Wed and Fri 12:30-2:00 pm.
Come practise what you've learnt in our lessons, swim a few laps to increase your fitness, or simply cool off. The consistent 1.2m depth is also perfect for therapeutic purposes, e.g. walking in water to recover from an injury.
Numbers are limited to 6-12 people at a time (depending on the session). It is recommended you phone us on 0466 790 798 to ensure availability. The cost is $10 per session or you can purchase 20 passes at $8 each.
aqua aerobics - a fun way to GET FIT

Aqua aerobics is a low impact, fun set of fitness exercises that offer many benefits.
Aqua aerobics provides a great way to get in shape while enjoying the social aspect of working out in a group. Fit2Swim's small class sizes make the experience especially personal and enjoyable.
The buoyancy of water is naturally supportive. It allows you to perform movements while placing very little weight on the joints, opening up exercise to people of all ages and levels of fitness. Fit2Swim's consistent shallow pool depth of 1.2m is perfect for performing exercises in water.
The natural resistance of water increases your strength while keeping you cool and comfortable. Water has greater resistance than air, which means moving in water requires more effort and ultimately burns more calories than walking on land. Aqua aerobics can improve your cardiovascular and respiratory system since the moves you do in the pool work your entire body, particularly your arms, legs, shoulders, and core.
