Who we are
Fit2Swim is owned and operated by Jo and Dan Glass, long-term Coogee residents and active members in the local community. Jo has been a volunteer lifesaver for Coogee Surf Lifesaving Club and Dan a volunteer coach of youth sports teams.
Swimming has always been Jo’s passion and she has taken an active role in swimming competitions, fitness and teaching. Jo is a qualified AustSwim Teacher and holds a CPR and Bronze Medallion.
Jo and Dan's dream was to own and run their own swim centre. In 2019 they traded in their corporate jobs, bought a piece of land, built an aquatic centre from the ground up, and created a swim school business from scratch. They are now immensely proud to be running an award-winning swim school and playing an integral role in the local community, all housed in the most energy efficient swim centre in Australia!

Fit2Swim is conveniently located at the corner of Storey and Loch Maree Streets, Maroubra in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. A short distance from the Pacific Square shopping centre.
The facility is walking distance for nearby schools and the many families living in the area. Public transport is a few doors away on Anzac Parade and ample street parking is available.
