Rollover to Term 3 - IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Congratulations to our brilliant swimmers on the progress you've made this term at Fit2Swim. Our fully-heated indoor centre allows you to continue swimming lessons in Term 3 and, importantly, retains your spot for the summer terms. We're also providing everyone with 2 extra make-ups (4 in total) to accommodate those travelling overseas. We look forward to you continuing with us.


PLEASE READ ALL THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY AS IT INVOLVES AUTOMATIC BILLING OF YOUR ACCOUNT.


ROLLOVER

This Thu 8 June, we process the rollover to Term 3 (Mon 17 Jul to Sun 24 Sep). As an existing student, you'll have priority selecting the best sessions for next term, including moving up levels where appropriate.


NOT CONTINUING?

IT IS ESSENTIAL YOU LET US KNOW by 5pm Thu 8 June if you will not continue swimming lessons in Term 3. You'll free up your spot for others to enrol and not be billed.


CONTINUING STUDENTS

If you want to secure a spot in Term 3, you do not need to respond to this message. We'll roll you over in your existing timeslot. You then have one week (Fri 9 - Thu 15 June) to move yourself to a different time and/or level before we open enrolment to new students. You'll also have priority to enrol another family member.


Check student “Progress” in the Customer Portal. If a student's current level has been marked as "Completed" due to aging up or completing all the level achievements, please move them to a class at the next level by clicking on "Change Day & Time" under Bookings.


AUTOMATIC PAYMENT THU 15 JUNE - CHECK PAYMENT DETAILS

Unless you've informed us that you're not continuing, we'll automatically charge you the term fee on Thu 15 June using the payment details we have on file (as per our Terms of Service). Please ensure the payment method you've stored in your Fit2Swim account is correct with sufficient funds in your bank account. Term fees remain $300 for group lessons, $800 for private lessons, and $285 for squad.


Due to the high demand for our swim school spots, we cannot hold your place if your payment bounces. You'll have 24 hours to make payment before your place is relased to others. Also, we incur a penalty fee from your financial institution for bounced transactions and will unfortunately need to charge you an additional $10 if your payments have failed multiple times.


NO HOLIDAY INTENSIVES

We won't be running a Holiday Intensive Program this July. The program will resume in the September school holidays.


LOST PROPERTY

Our lost property box is overflowing! Please check if you've left something behind. Any unclaimed items will be donated to charity.


FIRST LAP & ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHERS

If you haven't done so already, please send any First Lap or Active Kids vouchers to support@fit2swim.com and we'll credit your account before taking payment. Any vouchers we receive after 15 June will be used against Term 4 or holiday intensives.
