Updated: Nov 26

Congratulations on your great progress in swimming skills this term. As we head into another Sydney summer of beaches, pool parties, and swim carnivals, we look forward to you continuing with us in Term 1 2026 (27 Jan - 2 Apr).

PLEASE READ ALL THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY AS IT INVOLVES AUTOMATIC BILLING OF YOUR ACCOUNT.

NOT CONTINUING?

YOU MUST EMAIL US by 5pm tomorrow Thu 27 November if you will not continue swimming lessons in Term 1. You'll free up your spot for others to enrol and not be billed.

CONTINUING STUDENTS

To keep your spot in Term 1, you don't need to respond to this message. We'll roll you over in your existing timeslot. You can then move to a different time and/or level during moving period (Fri 28 Nov - Mon 1 Dec). You'll also have priority to enrol another family member. Note: we don't use the waiting list during rollover. Please make sure you jump online during the moving period if you need to change times/levels or make new bookings.

SCHOOL STARTERS

If we haven't discussed this with you already, please advise if your child starts school in 2026 and is currently enrolled before 3pm weekdays. We won't roll them over into the same class and you will need to book into a new class during the moving period.

AUTOMATIC PAYMENT - CHECK YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS NOW

Unless you've informed us that you're not continuing, we'll automatically charge you the term fee on Tue 2 December using the payment details we have on file (as per our Terms of Service). Please ensure the payment method you've stored in your Fit2Swim account is correct, i.e.

  • Sufficient funds in your bank account

  • Credit card not registered as lost or stolen

Due to the high demand for our swim school spots, we cannot hold your place if your payment bounces. You'll have 24 hours to make payment before your place is released to others. Also, we incur a penalty fee from your financial institution for bounced transactions and will unfortunately need to charge you an additional $10 if your payments have failed multiple times.

COST OF LESSONS

We review our fees annually to ensure we can continue providing high-quality swimming lessons and an excellent customer experience. From the start of 2026 the cost of a group lesson increases slightly from $33 to $35 per session.

ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHERS

Please send any Active Kids vouchers to support@fit2swim.com and we'll credit your account before taking payment. Any vouchers we receive after 2 December can be used against Term 2 or holiday intensives.

HEALTH INSURANCE REBATES

Fit2Swim is pleased to be a Provider (no. 00341060) with HCF. That means, depending on your policy, you can receive rebates on your learn-to-swim lessons at Fit2Swim. Other insurers that give rebates include AIA and AHM. Check if you're covered by your insurer. We're happy to provide any information they require

ANOTHER GREAT TERM AWAITS!

It's been wonderful having you at our centre! We look forward to another fantastic term of swimming and water safety education.
